Buying and selling property is probably one of the biggest financial transactions you will make, but when its your home too there is a huge emotional investment. Add into that equation, children moving schools, changing jobs and it could be one of the most stressful. We recognise this and work hard to guide you through the process with as little upset as possible. We don’t have a magic wand but we do have experienced solicitors and conveyancers who will carry out their job calmly and efficiently and keep you informed at all times.

Our written reports are set out in clear language that is easy to understand and we are happy to meet with you to explain anything that you are unsure about. Our computer systems and software are modern and efficient but they are there to assist us in providing you with a personal service, not to replace it.

Almost all of our business is from existing clients and personal recommendation. Our fees will not necessarily be the cheapest around nor, are they the most expensive, but they do offer excellent value for money. We provide a clear written estimate of costs and will only increase our charges in exceptional circumstances on prior notice to you.
